Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Pairdom's AI agents and messaging platform, including our WhatsApp integration. It applies to businesses using our Service and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Prohibited use
You may not use Pairdom to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to contact recipients who have not opted in to receive messages from your business, or to send content that is illegal, deceptive, or misleading.
You may not use the Service to send content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
2. Compliance with messaging platform rules
Where you use Pairdom to send messages via WhatsApp or another supported channel, you must comply with that platform's own policies — including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy — in addition to this Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your customers before messaging them, and for honoring opt-out requests promptly.
3. Restricted industries and content
You may not use the Service to promote illegal goods or services, weapons, counterfeit products, or content that violates applicable law in the jurisdictions where you operate.
4. Security and misuse
You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts and data.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts found to be in breach of this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Reporting misuse
If you believe the Service is being used to violate this policy, contact support@pairdom.in.
