Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your contact information, conversation history, and any lead or appointment records associated with your account or phone number.

This includes WhatsApp data collected when you message a business through Pairdom's WhatsApp AI agent, such as your phone number, profile name, message content, and delivery/read status.

To stop receiving further WhatsApp messages from a business using Pairdom, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE directly in the WhatsApp conversation at any time — this does not delete your existing data, only future outbound messages.

Send a data deletion request to support@pairdom.in from the email address or WhatsApp number associated with your data, including enough detail for us to locate your records (such as your phone number and the business you contacted).

Alternatively, if you were messaging a business through WhatsApp, you can message that business directly and ask them to submit a deletion request on your behalf, or use Meta's own account data controls where applicable.

We will verify your request and confirm the scope of data to be deleted. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records for a longer period (for example, for tax, accounting or legal compliance).

Once processed, we will send confirmation to the contact method you used to submit the request.

Deleting your data from Pairdom does not remove records the business you contacted may have stored separately outside our platform, or communications already exchanged directly on WhatsApp or another messaging app.
