Your data belongs to you
Conversations, leads and contacts are used to operate your account — not shared with other businesses on Pairdom, and never sold.
Access controls
Access to your account's data is limited to what's needed to run the service and support you.
Business isolation
Each business's conversations, contacts and configuration are kept separate from every other business on the platform.
Grounded AI, not open data mining
AI responses are grounded in the knowledge base you provide, not trained on your customers' conversations for other purposes.
WhatsApp & Meta Platform compliance
Pairdom is an independent software platform that integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages sent and received through your WhatsApp number are handled in line with Meta's own platform terms, in addition to Pairdom's Privacy Policy.
Data retention & deletion
We retain conversation and lead data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion or a shorter period is required. See our Data Deletion page to request removal of your data.
Third-party processors
Pairdom relies on infrastructure and AI providers to operate the platform — for example, message delivery and AI response generation. These providers process data only to deliver the service, under their own security commitments.
A note on certifications
Pairdom is an early-stage platform. We don't claim compliance with formal certifications (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or GDPR) until we've actually completed the work to substantiate them — we'd rather be accurate than impressive.
