Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pairdom.in and the Pairdom platform (together, the "Service"), operated by Pairdom ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

The Service allows businesses to deploy AI agents across supported channels (currently WhatsApp, with additional channels planned) to manage sales enquiries, leads, follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

You must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent when creating or configuring an account, and you are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, to violate the terms of any messaging platform we integrate with (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms), or to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Full usage rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Service availability and changes

Pairdom is under active development. Features described on our website may be available, in early access, or planned for future release, as indicated on the relevant page. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. Fees and payment

Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, fees, billing cycles and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or in a separate order form or agreement. Our Refund Policy governs eligibility for refunds.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including our software, AI agents, branding and website content. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated responses are produced automatically and, while designed to be accurate and helpful, may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Businesses using Pairdom remain responsible for reviewing AI conduct in their customer conversations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairdom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
